When we all had burst pipes this winter, he walked me through shutting off the water inside my home so my outside leak would stop until he could come by a few hours later to fix it. Prompt. Honest. I had a serious plumbing issue that required immediate attention. Not only did Sal get a man right on it, but they did the job with the utmost care and diligence. He met with the insurance adjuster and set my mind at ease as far as making them aware of all obvious and not-so-obvious damage that had occured. They finished the job in remarkable time and did a beautiful job repairing walls and resetting the toilet and vanity Plus the price did not break the bank! Sal tortorici, and the boys did such a great job repairing a leak under my house. they worked very clean, were respectful, and also worked around my work schedule. they talked to the insurance adjuster and with in minutes had my claim number so the work could begin. I would recommend them to ny body that needs any plumbing work done in or around there house.
