I purchased a truck at ram motors. Agreed on a price with the owner Walter Ramazzini and he shook my hand on it.Gave me a signed purchase agreement. I purchased insurance for it and was at the bank getting a loan when they called me and told me they didn't know but they had sold it two days ago. Believe that? No respect from these people.

STAY AWAY!!! Don 19t let these...

At first I thought this was a great dealership, the people were really nice and treated us well. I even wrote a great review about it, but have since deleted it. I liked the car we got. We were told over and over what a great car it was. I will admit in some fault, I should have done better research, taken it to a mechanic before purchase, and bought from a better dealer....Less than a day and a half after we bought the car, it wouldn't start, couldn't even get the doors to unlock with the keyless entry because the battery was so dead. It took half an hour to get it to finally turn over on its own after a jump. That was on a Friday, ended up being late to work. Couldn't drive it Saturday or Sunday because I was afraid it would die on me somewhere, also found out the horn didn't work. Called Ram on Monday to fix it, I was still happy, batteries die and things happen, but I was starting to get nervous. They tried to give me a "deal" and only charge me half the price of a new battery. With their advertised 112-point inspection, I would think they would've noticed the horn didn't work. I opted not to get the battery replaced. The wiring in the horn was burnt and damaged, it needed to be re-wired. They had the car all day Monday, drove the car to work on Tuesday and the check engine light came on. I then decided to have a certified mechanic give the car a look. Ram had notified me that the car had been involved in an accident, but just some minor/moderate damage, no details provided, but nothing I needed to worry about. The mechanic I took it to, said the radiator and fan had been replaced which points to more than minor/moderate damage, the battery was brand new, (glad I didn't accept that "deal" and if new, then why did the car die?), the engine wiring harness had been spliced multiple times, improperly, there's an excessive amount of sludge in the oil, it threw a code indicating an issue with a vacuum leak or air mass meter. Our mechanic took no money to look at the car and told me we need to give the car back because it's in really bad shape, so there's nothing for them to gain, they have no incentive to make anything up. So, we turn the car BACK into Ram on Saturday tell them everything that's wrong with it, but they won't fix it until they "verify" what the mechanic said. It is now Wednesday and of course Ram's mechanic doesn't agree with anything our mechanic said...go figure. They took it to ANOTHER mechanic, which they probably pay to agree with them (not positive though, I wouldn't want to "slander" anyone), to check the car out. That guy found nothing too, not surprising. I should add that while they had it they added over 80 miles to the odometer. Why was the car driven so much? So now it seems we're stuck with a nice looking piece of crap, we were lied to, and lost our other vehicle. We picked this car up 14 days ago and we haven't been able to use it for nine of those days. For $14,000+ I think we should be confident that the car we bought is safe, works properly, and won't leave me and my two year old stranded on the side of the road. I have no confidence in that happening and no longer trust this dealership. There are two VERY similar complaints to the BBB within less than a year, how many more should there be, but no one filed a complaint I wonder? You can see them with a "Ram Motor BBB" Google search.
