stopped going here for awhile because I found another salon that can keep up with the trends and complex designs, today I went because it's close to my house and I was short on time. To my surprise they remodeled! It looked like a high end salon, I was impressed! I originally asked for coffin shape and the lady said we charge more for that , which most salons do but I was surprised she let me know before hand. I got something simple just because I have not been in awhile and was worried after reading some reviews that it may not come out right. I got a basic new set with gel color and I LOVE THEM! They made them look very natural and were very gentle with my nails which I enjoyed because I just broke my old set and was not able to get to a salon to get Them removed so I did it my self my fingers were sore! I would recommend this salon, it's beautiful and the staff are all very nice!

Unlike the others who have commented, I have been going to Pro Nails for several years. Once in a while, I will go to another salon with a friend, but I always come back to Pro Nails. I find Lin and her team extremely friendly. They offer professional services for reasonable prices and do a fabulous pedicure.

This place is so unprofessional! The owner Lien changed the color i wanted and even cut my nails after asking not to! Maybe if they stopped speaking their own language back and forth to each other and laughing and actually paid attention to their clients they would do a better job! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to the nail salon for a pedicure and full set. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me but he's the slender one, anyways he was very rude during the pedicure and kept turning around to watch TV more than he focused on my pedicure. During the full set he cut every finger on my right hand very bad with the little drill thing to the point where I was bleeding!! He laughed when I pointed it out and said "I hurt you, oops!" And kept chuckling. Not even 48 hours later I broke out in a terrible rash all over my body. I went to urgent care where I was told I had folliculitis which happens from staph bacteria that most likely enters the body through an open wound. Hmmmmm! Unsanitary nail tools maybe?? All I know is I'm stuck with this horribly itchy and painful rash that could last for weeks. DON'T GO HERE! UNSANITARY AND RUDE!!

OK SO I AM 32 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN TO MANY NAIL SALONS IN MY LITTLE LIFE. THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I TRIED IT OUT BECAUSE IT IS CONVENIENT TO MY HOME. I WALK IN ABOUT 2:30PM ON A MONDAY. TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE SLEEPING IN THE PEDICURE CHAIRS. I WAITED 45 SECONDS UNTIL I WAS ACKNOWLEDGE. I TOLD THEM I WAS THERE FOR A PEDICURE AND A REBASE. THEY TOLD ME"YOU PICK COLOR:. I CHOSE MY COLOR AND THEN WAITED ANOTHER 3 MINUTES BEFORE THEY TOLD ME WHERE TO SIT. THE GIRL WHO HELPED ME IS NAMED LIEN. SHE CUT ME 3 TIMES WITH THE STUPID DRILL. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TOP COAT, YELLOW OUT, TO PUT ON MY NAILS.(DIDNT EVEN REALLY KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT) THEN FOR MY PEDICURE, I TOLD HER RIGHT OFF THE BAT THAT I DIDNT WANT MY BIG TOENAILS CUT, JUST FILED. SHE DID MY RIGHT FOOT FIRST AND THEN TO MY LEFT. SHE CUT MY BIG TOENAIL. I PULLED MY FOOT AWAY AND YELLED, I TOLD YOU NOT TO CUT THEM!! SO THEN SHE GOES ON WITH MY PEDICURE. SHE WAS MORE INTERESTED IN WATCHING AMERICA'S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS ON THE BIG SCREEN BEHIND HER. EVERY FEW SECONDS SHE TURNED AROUND TO WATCH AND LAUGH. IT TOOK ALL I HAD TO NOT KICK HER IN THE NOSE. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN AND WILL DEFFINATELY NOT BE RETURNING FOR A SECOND VISIT.
