        For a home owner it was an awful experience. They squandered rent money on frivolous unimportant things charging thousands. I received no rent money for January and only $400 March and April. A tan wall they wanted white. $1,000, they allowed renter to spread wood chips on an expensive new bed of gravel. Looks awful Jack said it looked better. It was a nice backyard! :( They kept saying weeds were coming up. Well, PULL THEM! BRAND NEW PLASTIC and gravel just 2 years earlier.
