Quest Diagnostics

I had an appt this morning at 10:30. I got there and signed in USING MY CELL NUMBER at 10:22 and opted to wait outside. Received a text confirmation immediately. At 10:31 received text telling me to come inside. I was in my car parked 6 spots from the front door so was inside in 10-15 seconds and walked to the desk to let them know I was there but was ignored by the tech standing there (black women with short hair). Multiple people were called back, including a woman who walked in and as she was finishing signing in was greeted by name by a tech and told to come back "to the dungeon". At 11:18 as another person was being called back, I said excuse me, I've been sitting here since I was sent a text to come in at 10:31 and multiple people have been called back. She (black woman with long braided hair) asked my name, I told her and she tells me, we (meaning her and the other tech) having called your phone multiple times. I did not get any phone calls - remember, I USED MY CELL NUMBER TO CHECK IN AND RECEIVED 2 TEXTS. I told her no, I didn't get any calls only the 2 texts which I showed her. She then proceeded to wave the person she called forward to take them back. TOTALLY IGNORNANT BEHAVIOR!! Quest needs to reign their employees in and make them stop with the power trip they feel they are entitled to. Every single person in the waiting room made comments about how slow they were and how long they had been waiting (with or without an appt), some people even left. I read all the bad reviews but figured that most people only take the time to write when they are unhappy and that it was a small representation of all the people who go to this location, boy was I wrong! Quest is not the only place to have lab work done so needless to say, I will be driving an extra 10 minutes to get my lab work done some place else.
