Im quoated a price for the part and installation, Part goes bad, Im 100 miles away from this place, my regular mechanic does re repair, take part back to Hi tech and they only give me a fraction of the cost of the part, He claims that The price he gave me has a price of the part plus a factored in Profit but at no time was I told the part was x amout of dollars plus my profit. And to top it off I never received a call back, I had to keep calling, Owners response was that if I bought a pair of pants the profit is included in the price, and my responce was, If I bring it back because it was defective, they do not give me the purchase price minus profit.
Attitude was bad too.
Stay away from there, get a price somewhere else

I brought my SUV in for service last minute before an impromptu vacation. Two of my tires needed replacing. The staff at Hi-Tech were amazing. They didn't have my tires in stock, but quickly retrieved them from another shop. They noticed one of my brake lights was out. I told them it had been out for months due to the tailgate door being stuck shut. I had tried everything to open it! They were able to open the tailgate and replace the lights! Needless to say, I felt so much safer traveling with my car on vacation. As a single mom the price was great! Amazing caring staff, I will always take my cars there!

I was involved in an accident on March 8, 2014 and my car was towed by High Tech Towing. I was charged $749.20 for a $150 tow due to excessive storage fees as I lay in a hospital bed trying to recuperate they charged me everyday...even Sundays when the facility is closed. I asked for a detailed bill to check the charges and I was met with a tone as if I were accusing. They refused my Discover Card and then they refused to allow my father to pay using his card because he wasn't physically there. Fine I paid the bill and received my car. As I left I said thanks for nothing and went to my car which had a flat tire. I went to the manager, an ignorant individual, and asked if he could put some air in my tire. he told he wouldn't because I was rude to his employee...really I retorted I am a customer that just gave you $750 for a three mile tow...he replied you are not a customer now leave...get out of my establishment...I went to Mr. Tire in Rio Grande on Route 9 and the gentlemen there filled the tire for FREE...no charge and told me that they get this from a lot of people that had experiences with this company...the big flashy signs and the brand new building are paid for by people that are literally held hostage by these aggressive small minded people. I will lay down money that more than half of these comments are from the little man with the big glasses behind the front desk of his extortion mill...I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

NIce people. I had to get my tire changed, in and out service quickly

I was just passing threw town when my car got a flat tire. I called AAA and they recommended Hi Tech Auto. They came and got my car and treated me very well. It took about 30-40mins to get everything done and i was on my way again. Very good service

I have been going to Hi Tech Auto since right after they opened. Dan and his entire staff are always very courteous and professional and treat their customers like family. I would highly recommend Hi Tech to anyone in need of vehicle repair and/or maintenance!!
