Crossroads Treatment Center Of NW GA

Hi ,I Just wanted to give my review and a little updated review. Crossroads Of NW GA no longer do mouth swabs and when they did,I personally never had any problems and found them to be so much easier.I have a really nice counselor that has been there for me and helped me every step of the way.I haven't had a failed drug screen with mouth swabs or the uds except my 1st test which is why I was there to begin with.They no longer have the lab though for mouth swabs as of 2017 and started back with the urine test.Please do not be afraid to get help.Do it for yourself and please do not let anyone tell you it is wrong!If you really want the help then you're going to be and feel so much better in so many ways in no time.You will get your life back.I will say that I do crave sweets and have night sweats,etc.. since starting M.A.T ,but nothing major.Crossroads also has a hardship for workers and one for those driving 50 miles one way too so you get your take homes faster as long as you are doing the requirements,stable on your dose,and passing drug screens.Thank you Crossroads and Michelle! :) I'm 4 years sober and I am feeling great!Couldn't have done it without you guys!

This is not a place u want to go, they do mouth swabs which sometimes come back with false positives . When they did pee tests they never came back false positives and ive been passing my UA's for 4 years then the swiched ro mourh swabs and im failing for things i havent even done ot just seem like they just want $$$ ..Dont consider this place ! They will not detox u the way they are supposed too. They will make u go cold turky if u dont koss there ass!!! Dont so it there are 3 other clinic in rossville GA that u can go to !!

If you are considering attending crossroads treatment center in Ft.Oglethorpe,GA...please,please take a moment to hear what I need to say. To anyone who will listen, here is the most sincere truth I can give.My wife and I have only been there 38 days.We are already 6 days into a financial "medically supervised withdrawal"10 mg.reduction every other day. I have never in my life been treated with more unbelievable,and complete indifference,with no concern for anyones well being. (Except for their OWN checking accounts)Most of the staff are genuinely the most horrible human beings I've ever met in my life. It actually makes me so sad to have to say that.But it's the truth.God help these people.

This treatment center is going down hill the staff is making there own rules and say its the law without any permission take people down on there dose as much as they want to and thay send people home with nothing after loosing there take home thats the nurses doings and thay re-use old bottles as new bottles for take homes and the drug test are reading wrong and the ones thay use are old and not sild when thay give them to you thay are all about the doller and not what thay should be and to help addicts recover.

Its the worst clinic but i do like my counsler shes the best although they changed mine 6x all of them kept leaving. What i dnt like is the parking you can not be there before 4:30 and the security changes changes the rules every other week! And theres the work line and security does not check work passes so everybody and there brother jumps in front of the line! I hate it there!

I went to this clinic almost a year and had to move back to Volunteer due to being on state probation, I'm from TN and cannot leave the state, before all this happened 3yrs ago, I was at Private Clinic North for 6yrs, hands down the best clinic I've ever been to, I loved it. It's clean, all the team there is great, had 1 BC in 5 yrs. which there just a hassle to me, Cross rds. was ok esp. at ten$ a day, but there in no comparing the 2 Private wins by a land slide, if your thinking of moving Private is where to go, and they offer hardships, even west GA offers hardships, Hope this helps. I don't think Cross rds. is a bad clinic, just saying privates better IMO.

I love this clinic they are very fast they get u in and out i have been going for 2 years now and i haven't had a problem yet thank u crossroads

This place used to be a great place I have been coming since the doors opened due to the price well needless to say I am still there and paying the 12 dollar a day rate as well as my husband if I didn't work and it wasn't such a hassle to transfer back to northwest I would I love my coucelor Renee which is now leaving best couselor I've ever had she is the only person to me that I think knows what she's doing. Well I have to say that with the owner of ther place coming in helped me a great deal stuff I had been asking for like increases and my phase going up to 6 was like pulling friggen teeth seriosly so one day last week I go in and what do you know Dr. Mcormick was there and I told him my issues and they were fixed like that so this tells me that this could have been done all along so the others just didn't give a rats. I used to feel like a patient there now I feel like a junkie that struggling to pay for my clinic and they go up on prices and this is the way I get treated. Yes I have had issues in the past which cost me my takehomes I am no saint by no means but... I have done everything I was told to do including clean drug screens with 3 of them being monitored or observed which ever you perfer to say and then a bottle count and still coming every week was coming once a day was only suppose to do this for 30 days well it ended up being over 3 months and every time I'd ask I was told well the doctor is busy and has so many patients it's taking 2 wks + to get things signed and back from him well my thinking is get another doctor and when loosing my takehomes I almost lost my job of 5 yrs putting up with the wait rediculous and they have never heard of a working line please people coming to the clinic in pajamas make me sick and I would have to get up at 3am and drive 2 1/2 hrs away and back home and go to work. They did never seem to care or fix the problem and now you can only come 30 mins. before they open or it's loitering please it makes me wonder why do I stay here and give them my money when I can easily go to another clinic if things don't change that's exaxtly what me and my friends and husband will do...

I dissagree! I also have been to several different centers and this is the worst by far! The staff including the secretary the nurses and counselors are selfish and do not care about the patients at all! They are all there to make a check and treat the patients like a bunch of useless drug addicts! There are several different centers around and If you are seeking treatment make crossroads your last resort!!

I have been in a methadone maintnance program now for 10 yrs and in 3 different treatment centers; I can honestly say that Crossroads is by far the best clinic I have attended. All of the staff are fantastic but there is one counceler in paticular that is up there with one of the best human beings I have ever met. I consider myself to be a good judge of character and Kelly is such a genuine person. She works with addicts because she wants to help them, she is very knowledgable and incredably compassionate. I have never felt so strongly about a councelor before but there is something about her that is comforting. She loves her work and cares about people and it shows in the response that she gets from patients. This clinic is very laid back but still holds a level of professionalism that you would expect of a drug treatment center. The counselor Kelly is the best I have ever met, I hope one day she will know her value and is rewarded greatly for the kind and patient work that she does.

The faculty and staff at crossroads treatment center are absolutely top-notch. From the receptionist, to the nurses, counsel it's, and doctors, I've never been made to feel more at home! I would recommend coming here to ANYONE with opiate addiction problems. At Outreach, I've began to give a normal life again for me, my wife, and kids, and that along with being drug(opiate) free is the MOST important thing to me! Thank you Crossroad Treatment Centers!!! You rock!!!
