Kind of hard to get actual service here. By kind of hard, I mean impossible. Grabbing a giant bag of dog food with a young, healthy male employee nearby? Good luck with that. The only place in Rincon that sells the food I prefer for my dogs. Otherwise, I would never walk through the door. The only thing I have never heard in this store, "can I help you?" Seriously, Wal-mart provides better customer service. That is almost frightening. Absolutely awful staff when it comes to helpfulness, but they are very pleasant while ignoring your need for assistance.

Went in and saw baby chicks in containers. There were a few different kinds as well as some ducks. I asked a young clerk about some that were listed as White Pullets. I asked what kind they were and was told white pullets. I said I can see they are white and will take your word they are pullets, but what breed are they? The answer- white pullets! I explained there are dozens of white chickens and pullets are just saying they are female- but I want to know their breed. Got this really dumb look from him as he knew NOTHING about chickens and was just reading the sign to answer my question!

After a few minutes of this an older man came by and said they didn't know what they were as it was just white pullets sent to them by the hatchery. Needless to say, I didn't purchase any chicks from them but got chicks from B&S in Springfield.
