The staff is very caring and they provide loving care for each animal that they see. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

When I go in with my dog to see Dr. Segrest we never wait more than 10 minutes to see him. My dog is very active and cannot sit for very long so it is great to get into our appointment quickly.

After my house trained dog had a terribly disgusting accident in my car after picking him up at 10am from boarding I called to ask why my dog had to go so badly, thinking he had been walked already. They told me dogs are never let out- that they have raised kennels they are expected to use the bathroom through, even though most dogs are trained to not potty in their kennels or where they sleep. As a long time client there I am outraged and was told by the vet that I should have asked if they were walked & he didn't offer to compensate in any way. If you don't care if your dog is ever let out, by all means board here. Very bad business policy. Clients should be told.

The office never smells. They keep it very clean and organized. I have been to other clinics that do not keep their office clean and I was happy to come to an office that cares.
