Let me give an example of how poorly Dr Russel cares for his patients. I am on day 4 without a medication that I need DAILY! Why? because he did not return the call to my pharmacist for a refill request. Now take note this medication IS NOT a controlled substance and would not be in question in anyway. But because of his blatant disregard for his patients I am having dizzy spells every 5 to 10 mins and have not slept since Thursday night. This is NOT the first time this has happened either. I cannot wait till they open tomorrow morning (although Dr. Russel wont be there.....hell he only works a simple 3 day work week) I will let his STAFF know why I will be changing doctors! I also plan to let ANYONE seeking a doctor in the metro area to AVOID DR RUSSEL at all cost!

Let me first start by saying I am a certified teacher. I believe in excellent health care for all at affordable rates. Dr. Ferguson and her staff provide quality service at affordable rates for all. Dr. Ferguson is a very patient and understanding doctor. She empathizes with whatever it is you are going through and she knows her patients. She is not in and out. She pulls up her stool and listens to what her patients' needs are. Its almost as if you can see her brain working trying to figure out what will be best for you. Although I can not think of her nurse's name, she is very nice too. The atmosphere is very friendly and clean. You will fall in love with the service provided. From 2003 to 2008, I moved to Memphis, Tennessee, but I still drove back to Ridgeland to see Dr. Ferguson for various situations. My entire family now sees her for their Medical needs as well. Once you try this office, you will never want to visit any other. Her reputation is impeccable, her services are timely, and her skills are above reproach!
