Kismar Computer Service & Web Design

My grandson was harsh with his laptop and broke the charger port. It was Saturday and I was desperately trying to find a computer service that was open. After trying three, Kismar was found and able to make the repair. The part had to be ordered, but they were in constant contact with me letting me know the status of the delivery and when I could pick up the computer. Very friendly place! I also discovered a Latin market that I never knew existed off Old Canton Road.

For a good price and quick my laptop was fix very excellent work...!!!!

For all of our computer problems take it to Kismar. The Staff and services were professional and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the hard work and information that was given to me as a computer consumer. I give Kismar two thumbs up....

New to Jackson and I was looking for a good local computer repair company. These guys had one good review. I took it in while they were moving locations. Good thing was they happen to be there late. Talked to one of the guys, very nice and polite. Felt good about leaving my laptop there.

They did not have it ready when quoted, they took an extra day and a half... no big deal. Problem is when I went to pick it up they WAY over charged me. I just needed them to clean it up and upload two software disk I had (they only added one of them). Probably took 30 minutes max. As I waited for it the tech and the girl upfront discussed in non-English how much they were going to charge me?? No set pricing? They came up with $170. After I told him that was high he came down to $140. Still felt like I way over paid (I paid $350 for the used laptop!). I will not go back, I guess it is back to the Geek Squad... even though I did not go to them because they seem very high priced.

Kismar is the place that I will taking my computer for any repairs. I had a cracked screen and I tried to get other companies to sell me just the screen, but they would not they wanted to install it too. Kismar sold me a new screen for a very fair price and I installed it myself. Then my charging port broke and I took it back to them after checking with other companies. One company would fix it but was going to use JBweld on it to keep it in place. I have a nice laptop and wanted the original parts replaced. Kismar did that and gave me a 1 year warranty on the repair..They were very professional and for a fair price did what I wanted done.. I will be coming back. Thank you.
