Fast! Friendly! Knowledgeable!

I read a lot of plumbers’ ratings before call Drain Go, some were not happy with their service. I, however, was very much approving of these guys.
From my call to the office, office personal was very helpful. I asked for a service call date, time, and cost. She gave all three that worked for both of us. The team called me and let me know they were about 30 minutes from my house and sure enough they were here in 30~35 minutes. The team come in ask their questions and told me what they thought the issue was. Sure enough they were correct, they fixed the problem and were completed in under an hour. However, more importantly to me is how professional, courteous, considerate, and respectful they were. I also don’t think the price was too high. So , yes. I would call them again and recommend them.

They got my sink unclogged pretty quick and they didn’t make a mess so that’s a plus!!! 😀 I’m satisfied!

I was very impressed with their timely response to my service request. I received a call to schedule the same day. She was very nice. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Both men were very friendly. I showed the what needed to be fixed and they were done before I knew it. No more leaking sink. I wish I had know about them a long time ago. Great service.

Bobby McGovern with Drain Go Plumbing performed an excellent job! I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Extremely professional, friendly, and proficient! I had a major leak with my washing machine so I called Bobby and he was right over within minutes. Bobby fixed it properly without hesitation and I can’t tell you how relieved I am. No more leaks and the problem is solved. I’m pretty handy around the house but I must say I’m glad I let the professional handle this one. I only wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I highly recommend Drain Go for any and ALL of your plumbing issues and repairs!
