        I was the Controller of the ro...

        I was the Controller of the route 288 project and during that project I had my first encounter with this company. I had a company vehicle that needed a windshield replaced. The experience was good so I used Smiley’s again to replace a window in my personal truck. I had an exceptionally experience. Recently, I had another need for a new windshield and e-mailed Smiley’s Glass for a replacement on a weekend. I received an e-mail response promptly and on Monday morning scheduled an install at my office for mid-morning. The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. They used a cloth to protect the dashboard; they vacuumed all the bits from the old windshield gasket and installed the new one. The total time of install was less than an hour. I was very pleased with the price and the service and will call them again if I need a window or any glass work in the future. This is a top notch company and I recommend them.

        It's not often that I take the time to write to a company about it's services. But I would like to thank the staff at "Smiley's Auto Glass".

        Friendly an courteous people are always a pleasure doing business with. I feel you people deserve a pat on the back for the extra time you put into my Corvette. To be honest, you cannot beat the services of the people I have dealt with at Smiley's. I will recommend you to my colleagues.

        If everyone could be customer focused as you, life would be much easier.
