This is a short essay that they require to write as to why i need and wanted my money back! Thinking that this essay would resolve the issue thought we didn't need to write one for them to accept my money ! Reason being that they in the contract that you have to wait 60 days before you receive a refund regardless of unforeseen circumstances or just to want to take your business else where, So This is what my mom & I had to write.

The reason being for needing a full refund is because personal situations have come about, where I need the full refund back I know what's in the contract however no service was provided to me yet that I could not get my full payment back it has nothing to do with the Institute it's for personal matters only, therefore Im requesting the full refund because now that we would attend a night class I'm back on a waiting list until the class is filled, therefore I feel like I should get a full refund because I haven't taken the class has of yet,no service was rendered to me. Needing the full refund ASAP.
