Professional auto glass

I would recommend, was very professional. Never had a problem with the quoted amount, got what was told to me. Had very good costumer service.

Complete scam artist! Called to get a windshield replaced and was quoted one price - when it came time to put the windshield in he obtained a check $90.00 higher then what was quoted from accounts payable. Called numerous times always with promises to get a call back which never happened. Once check cleared he said he was doing nothing about the overcharge. STAY AWAY!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HAD HIM COME TO MY JOB TODAY TO REPLACE MY WINDSHIELD AND WHEN I GOT HOME I REALIZE HE BROKE MY SUNGLASS DEPARTMENT ON MY DASHBROAD!

SO NOW I HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT BECAUSE HE'S REFUSING TO PAY!

TOTAL ((BS)) THE GUY REPLACE THE GLASS AND BROKE MY INTERIOR REAR VIEW MIRROR AND MY WIPER BLADE ARM AND THEN SAID HE WILL REPLACE THOSE PARTS.TWO WEEK PASS BY NOTHING EVERY DAY PHONE CALL NO ANSWER OR I WILL BE DONE TODAY.NOTHING YET.PLZ PAY MORE FOR GOOD SERVICE OR SAVE MONEY AND GET SCREWED BY THIS F**K FACE.

HORRIBLE.... quoted me a price and tried to up-charge me another $49.99 for extra molding....a complete lie as i watched them do my install from inside my house!! waited till they partly took out the windshield then told me about the overcharge...waited til job was done then refused to pay any more than i was quoted. DISGRACEFUL...would try and take advantage any chance they get!!!!

The worst! Unlike others I didn't have a problem with them changing the amount quoted. They came out and did the installation and I paid them and there was a problem. Not until the next day that is when I got on the highway. I could hear the loud sound of air coming from the passenger side of the windshield. I called them several times to fix it. They hardly returned the call and when they finally did they lied and said they came out to inspect the windshield (didn't knock on my door mind you) and didn't see a problem. The never returned calls after that and never fixed the windshield. STAY AWAY!

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First, they quoted a price on the phone and when they arrived they asked for a higher price, which we agreed to because they were at site. Secondly they did not remove all the broken pieces of glass from the seats and carpeting and then left a pint of glass in the door frame. After much ado they pulled out the glass pieces from the door frame – but we had to drive to a garage (not belonging to them) for them to do so. Finally, the glass on our company vehicle was not properly aligned. When we attempted to have them correct the problem, they made 4 separate appointments and in each case never showed up – and did not even call. Finally they refused to fix the problem and after two weeks of battling for a resolution, we finally had the window realigned by a mechanic.
