        I would give this place a negative score if I could. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. They are some of the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever met in the tax industry. It is poorly managed, the owner DALE does not care about his business, and they are extremely unorganized.

        My husband dropped off our paperwork, it took FOREVER to get a response from them about when it would be ready. On several occasions, they could not find our paperwork!!! WTF! Weeks have gone by.... we called Kaneisha (sp?) the so called manager (who "prepared" our taxes) on a Saturday before we left for our vacation to see if we could finish up whatever the last bit was that she claimed we needed to do. She stated she was with her last client (@530, and we could have been there in 10 minutes, she refused to stay) we stated we would be out of town for a week, and would she be there Tomorrow? (Sunday) she stated no, but would leave a note for the girl working, so she could finish us. Well low and behold... guess what..THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER. This girl had no idea what the hell was going on. She tried calling the owner and Koneisha to no avail... the owner still hasn't given a damn obviously, he had someone named Sharon or Shanon to call us.

        BOTTOM LINE: AVOID THIS DUMP!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
