        Rudest Waitress In RVA - My girlfriend and I went to Legends on a beautiful June evening to enjoy some outdoor dining and music. Once seated, we ordered beers and nachos with cheese dip. The beers came and eventually a plate of nachos with melted cheese was delivered to our table by a member of the wait staff. Shortly after the nachos arrived, our waitress came to the table and asked “if we had ordered those nachos?” We said yes, that we had ordered them from her when we ordered the beers. She flipped through her tickets, and stated in a berating way that “those were the nachos that the table behind us had ordered 45 minutes ago”. With that, she went back into the restaurant. I went in to explain that we did not need to be treated like that. We had ordered nachos from her and the wait staff had made the delivery. She was curt and said “it was being taken care of” and “to go back to my table”. I then spoke to a manager, explained our experience, and asked for my bill. We will never, ever go to Legends again .
