Not a good experience, unfortunately. I had my car towed there to have the water pump replaced. I'd already torn down and removed it. During the process I stripped three bolts and they needed 3 heli-coils installed. So, the job was to do that and reassemble with the new pump I supplied. It was towed there at 1:30pm. At a little after 4:00 I was told my car was ready. With it being there barely three hours I was charged almost $650 just for LABOR! When I questioned why the high labor for, at the most, three hours labor he hesitated for a moment and says "Oh, ...I put two mechanics on the job." My regular shop wanted $500 to take it apart, supply the pump, and reassemble. Consumer beware.

We have been very pleased with their service over many years. They know our service history and that helps a lot. Many times they have worked us in with last minute emergency work. Wonderful staff that we have gotten to know and trust. They do call with estimates before work is done. I think their prices are more than fair to a fault. I know how hard it is to diagnose problems, especially electrical that is intermittent. They have not charged the full time. Because of them, we can save money by keeping our old high mileage cars on the road.

I go to David Word anytime my car has a problem.I have told so many friends about this place. 99% of the time I get my car back the same day!! They call me before any work is done. The price is always RIGHT!

The time I had a leaking coolant hose at 4pm on a Friday. You had me back on the road at 5:15pm same day. Thanks Sammy!!!
