I totally know why they get mixed reviews. I bought a living social voucher and it took over a month to schedule a visit. I scheduled a visit, paid for my dogs to be in daycare all day and they never showed up! I called and their voicemail inbox was full. You can never get in touch with them. The times I did talk to them on the phone they were VERY unprofessional...

I decided to take advantage of their living social deal to clean a property that I rent out. We really enjoyed their service. They did a wonderful job and now we use them for all of our move out cleanings. And I have already recommended them to all my friends.

Company did a fantastic job. Little nervous because they're have been mixed reviews but they were on time and did a great job. I set up a bi-weekly cleaning with them. I will recommend them.
