Did a full remodel on my parents Bathroom,very professional,went above and beyond to give my family the bathroom they've wanted for years . Will call CHI for any and all projects.

We needed to get a rental property almost totally rebuilt after some of the worst tenants ever. Richard made this process very painless for us. He could tell we were in over our heads and for no extra charge he worked with our cabinet makers, ad well as scheduling and supervising the other crews we had working. Everything his crew touched came out well above our expectations, and had our house ready for new tenants in 3 weeks! Couldn't imagine using anyone else for anything. Do yourself a favor and call these guys first. One of the best choices we ever made!!

Great guys, very knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived promptly at 7:30 as agreed, got right to work and have our foyer, living room, dinning room, kitchen, and 2 downstairs bedroom painted in a day. We were so impressed we had them come back to strip and stain our deck. We will be painting upstairs in the fall, and will certainly be using them again.

I didn't see the reviews on YP until after I hired them, and I am glad I didn't. We had a great experience getting our new house painted. Not only did Richard help us decide on colors he even had his guys repair rotten trim in our guest bath free of charge. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly, and it actually felt like we had a group of our friends over to paint. These are definitely the guys to call!

I'd give them zero stars if it were possible. After they failed to show on their first appointment date and didn't care to let me know until after I left several messages. They came the next day, while I was out (no appointment time was given or call to let me know they were there/"finished") I came home to an unfinished job. The half of the job they did was awful and the other half wasn't touched but paid for. Several phone calls and emails, with pictures, later I still haven't been responded to. If you enjoy going to small claim courts for contractor fraud these are the guys for you. If you want a job well done or done at all, keep looking.

the owner bought a camper from me (as his company) and never made any payments on it. He has not returned my calls and all mail sent to his address has been returned. I trusted the BBB logo on his site, but apparently he has NOT been accredited by them. What a surprise.

Never able to complete phone call to them, always got voice mail full. UNBELIEVABLLY, Amazon Local does No credential reviews of the companies it is referring. Asked a car detail guy I used from Amazon Local and was shocked when he told me he didn't have to jump through any hoops or provide references, etc. Just had to agree to price and money split with Amazon. What a disappointment. Cancelled just now and waiting for refund.

BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM!!!!! Wow exact same set up and excuse as Leisa G. I will also do my best to spread the word about this bogus company. Amazon local needs to do a better job credentialling there business referrals.

I also would give this company a zero if I could! I called on 8/20 to schedule my appointment and the first available they had was 9/5. I had purchased a voucher from Amazon Local to have one room painted. On the morning of 9/5 at approximately 9 am I called the company because I had not heard anything from them since 8/20. I was told that I was indeed the 2nd job on their schedule for the day and that I should expect the painters to arrive around 11 am. It was now 12 and no sign of any painters. I then placed another call to the company to inquire how much longer I should anticipate to wait. I was then told that there was some trouble on the 1st job and they were running 30-45 minutes late. By this time it is now 2 PM and still no sign of painters and no phone call to let me know that they would not be coming. I attempted to call the office for am update, but my call went straight to VM. I tried again at 4 PM with the same results. Meanwhile it is a Friday and all of the furniture had been removed from my daughters room in preperatin for painting. We now had to figure out a way for her to at least be able to get to her bed to sleep. On Monday morning I placed yet another call back to the company to reschedule. I was then told that the paint guys were involved in a car accident the previous Friday which is why they did not show up. I was told that someone would be to my house between 8:30-9 am on Tuesday 9/9. Guess what?! NO CALL!!!! NO SHOW!!! I called Amazon Local and found out that this company had already submitted my voucher as completed! I had previously given them the voucher number when I booked the appointment. Amazon Local still refunded my money and said that they would look into the matter on their end.

If I could give it a zero I would. I scheduled an appt a month out to get my house pressure washed. I waited on the day of my appt for an hour after the appointed time. NO PHONE CALL, NO SHOW!!!!! I called several times to ask where they were, NO ANSWER. Somehow they have a great rating with the Better Business Bureau. I'll do my best to remove that if possible. They couldve at a minmum called to reschedule or let me know something. I will ask for a refund through Amazon Local.

A SCAM! SCHEDULED SERVICE AND THEN NO SHOW! NO RETURN CALLS! NO RETURN EMAILS! ADDRESS HAS NEVER HEARD OF THEM! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently hired this company to redo the drywall and paint the walls in my bathroom and I was very satisfied with their work. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very professional. I give 5 stars. I am getting this company to remodel and paint my kitchen next. I recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional and successful job.
