Richmond Tire & Auto

this is the third time they have screwed us over it will be the last. on10-16-10 we bought 2 new tires for the front & a front end alighment.they put the tires on the back. when we ask them to put them on the back they got mad and stripped 2 lug nuts. the car pulls to the left worse than it did when we left it they said it was our fault. do not use them they do not care. all they want is your money they dont stand behind there service.there are too many car repair places in richmond to use this one. if we would have been driving on the freeway we would have lost a tire and maybe our lives because of there lack of knowledge of car repair.
