CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy has the worst service I've ever experienced. They're lazy and sloppy and if it puts them out at all to help you, they just brush you off in the hopes you'll go away and leave them alone. I've had several prescriptions I've had to wait on for weeks while trying to get to the bottom of what's going on; unless you micro-manage them they will screw things up to the point that you can't even get the medications you need. I finally gave up on them and transferred all my scripts elsewhere. Avoid them at all costs. They'll just make you sicker with all the stress of having to deal with their crummy service!

*Edited to add: Be VERY CAREFUL if you get a prescription for Concerta filled at this store. I just discovered that there is only one FDA approved generic for Concerta, and the others out there are not the time-release formula. My current pharmacy (Kroger) knew this and they were the ones who told me about it; sure enough I looked over some of my old prescription bottles from this CVS and they had been giving me the NON-APPROVED, non-time-release formula for over a year. If you get a generic and it is not rounded on the ends with a little "hole" at the top of it, then you are NOT getting the FDA approved version of Concerta. Buyer beware!!!
