AirAconomics has always been our first choice! We have used them for years and they have consistently provided top-notch service at reasonable prices. The whole team is professional. We have never had any problems with any of our service calls- they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. The technicians are really good at explaining problems and clean up after themselves (which is very important to us).

I don't know what company the bad reviewers are talking about but it can't be AirEconomics. I've had many experiences with AirEconomics, from my home to my rental properties, and each time I've found the office staff and technicians very professional and helpful. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other companies (I’ve found ‘cheaper’ quotes, but the services are ala carte and by the time you’re done, the price is higher without all the services and warrantees this company gives you automatically). When they go to out rental properties, they arrive promptly and are courteous to our tenants.



Aireconomics has always provided what we need. We are happy with the quality of their work and the people we deal with when we call.

I used this company to give me...

I used this company to give me a second opinion the first company said my unit was no good and need to be replaced. AirEconomics came and found a wire that was burnt on the terminal of the compressor. Very small and inexpensive repair. The other company didnt even take the time to try to find a problem. A. E. technician found this problem within 1/2 hr. They saved me the expense of buying a new system if i had listened to the first company that came out. The technician was nice and informed me of the cost before doing the repair just like the scheduler said would happen! I was extremely satisfied with them and would use again.

This is the most unreliable company there is, besides the fact that there is no urgency in there response for service they have the most incapable person possible scheduling appointments, I needed a refrigerator repair ,they send an HVAC person to fix the fridge , needless to say refridgerator was not fixed they then schedule another appointment 2 days later for 8am , no-one arrives and 2 hours after the scheduled appointment on enquiring where they are they inform me that they will only be able to come out the following week.My suggestion is stay away from this company! very far away , you will get much better service going somewhere else for help, and probably a whole lot cheaper.I have yet to get a return call from the management of this company , besides the shocking service they have an absolute disregard for the customers.

Remembering this time of year I shudder. We had just lost one of the best dispatchers we'd had in a long time and had a terrible time finding a suitable, competent replacement. No doubt this is a serious lack of proper communication resulting in poor customer service.This Is a good lesson to all small business owners of the importance of monitoring how your employees are handling your customers. Had I known of this situation I would have done everything possible to make this client happy. One of my policies is 100% customer satisfaction. So, to this reviewer, I offer my sincerest apology and express deep regret over the way my company handled your service (or lack thereof). To express this, If you care to contact me I'd like to provide you and a guest a fine meal wherever you choose in our fine city of Richmond.
