I ordered the giant giraffe for my nursery. It was on backorder, but a lady called me right away to tell me there would be a one week delay. She gave me the option of a refund or to wait. I decided to wait an extra week. Four days later, I got another phone call telling me that my purchase had shipped. Although I was a little disappointed at first to have to wait, I was very pleased with the attention that they gave me. They also got the order to me a little faster than what I thought it would take, so that was also a good thing. They made me feel like I was a best customer, even though it was my first purchase from them. Needless to say, my nursery is all set up and the giraffe is awesome! I am now a happy, happy fan of Gift Super Outlet.
