Swedish Massage
Swedish: A relaxing full body massage. Client is unclothed on a table, covered by a sheet and massaged with oil. Your session consists of long fluid strokes, pressing, kneading and rubbing your muscles. This modality is excellent for alleviating aches and pains, releasing toxins and improving your circulation. When you feel the need to be pampered, Swedish Massage is the best choice for you.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue: A deeper, more clinical type of full body massage. Client is unclothed on a table, covered with a sheet and massaged with oil.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage: A vigorous athletic full body massage. Client is unclothed on a table, covered with a sheet and massaged with oil. This faster paced massage is usually done before, during or after a vigorous activity to help heal minor injuries and prevent further ones. Your session consists of jostling, beating, compressing and stretching your muscles to maximize their performance. This modality drains away fatigue, pain, swelling and relieves muscle cramps. If you play sports or are active at the gym, Sports Massage is the one for you.
Chair Massage
Seated style massage that is performed in a specifically designed chair. Client is clothed; no oil is required. It is a shorter session that primarily focuses on pain in your neck, arms, back and shoulders. Chair massage is generally used as an intro to receiving full body work on a table. $20 for 20 minutes.

This style massage is based on seven principles that target specific areas of tension to help loosen and soften your muscles back to its normal density therefore relieving pain. Note: This massage is designed for problematic areas. It is not a full body massage.
Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu: A Japanese full body massage on the floor. I incorporate this style massage on a table. Client is unclothed, covered with a sheet and massaged with oil. Your session consists of gentle stretching and joint mobility using thumb and fist pressure to release muscle tightness to increase your range of motion. This holistic modality promotes self healing by balancing your body's energy, heightening your awareness and creating an overall sense of well being.
