Three Rivers Retirement Apartments

If you want to enjoy your retirement years do not move into Three River's. The atmosphere is a nightmare, the community room is a battlefield of women who act like they never past kindergarden. They do nothing but sit around and say horrible, nasty things, usually untrue about other residents. They discriminate against anyone who is different. There is no piece an quiet. Dogs bark none stop, apartments are broken into very frequently and if you report it and the management finds out he claims to police that you are senile and calls APS and tries to get you removed to an assisted living facility. Your car will be smashed, tires slashed and gas stolen, again do not tell management he will tell you it is not his problem and he will be mad if you contact police. If you have a disability you are in even worse shape, the women in the community room will harrass you none stop even if you never meet them or talk to them. You will be stripped of your rights to vote on community issues. Your life will become a living hell if you move into this facility and you will suffer with health problems. Since it is not section 8 only low income you will not be able to move to another facility either. Also, do not expect help from Richland Housing, they will just tell you to move out. If you have an elderly mother/father there is also elderly abuse and neglect and exploitation going on within this apartment, do not allow you parents to move into this facility.
