General Info

Tamara L. Carswell, CPO, LPO is the Clinical Manager of Tri-Cities Orthotics and Prosthetics in Richland, WA. She is a certified and licensed prosthetist / orthotist. Tammy graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics in 1987. She worked in San Diego for three years before returning to the Northwest and working in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Having grown up in the Tri-Cities, she and her family decided to return in 1996, where she worked locally in Orthotics and Prosthetics for nearly five years before becoming the Office Manager at Tri-Cities Orthotics and Prosthetics Center in 2000. Tammy works closely with patients, therapists and physicians to ensure the highest quality orthotic and prosthetic care available. Tammy served as Northwest Chapter AAOP President during 2002 to 2004. She has over 18 years of experience in all areas of her profession and has been traveling to Pendleton for over ten years taking part in the Children's Developmental Rehab Clinic at the Umatilla Morrow ESD twice a month.
