        For women only

        Curves is a women-only fitness center. It's nice because only women come in and exercise together on a circuit. It's great for all ages and fitness levels because the machines work by resistance. It takes about 30-35 minutes to go in, workout, stretch and you are on your way.



        Friendly, encouraging staff. Dressing rooms so you can stop in on your lunch break. Could use a variety of music because hearing the same ones over and over can get a little dull.



        Definitely recommend bringing a friend to workout with or making some there. It's fun to talk while you work your way around and time flies.
