Same day response and service. Arrived when promised. Thorough, helpful, courteous. Repaired two Whirlpool appliances. Will call for any future appliance service needs and recommend Dave to local friends and relatives.

Called after hours to schedule a repair, called next day first thing in the a.m. Scheduled apppointed for the afternoon, ordered part and reapaired the day that it came in.
