        Overall

        100% by far the worst management company out there. If you are a Homeowner, DO NOT use signature leasing. If you are a tenant, DO NOT rent a property managed by signature leasing. The service is at best sub par. If you have a problem, you will need to stay on top of it. Richard and Kyle will not voluntarily make sure the problem is fixed. You will need to be the project manager if you have any hopes of getting the issue resolved. If you call directly, Richard and Kyle will be "unavailable" and if you leave a message, it will NOT be returned. They are in the business of taking the owner's money and providing absolutely nothing in means of assistance to the tenant. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY MANAGED BY SIGNATURE LEASING. DO NOT LET SIGNATURE LEASING MANAGER YOUR PROPERTY. I have been without working A/C for 2 days now and can only hope that I get it working tomorrow after contacting and dealing straight with the property owner! I would give 0 stars, but it won't let me
