Promenade Clocks

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating. I came in yesterday to have my watch band resized, and told an Asian gentleman (I believe his name was Tron or Tran) to remove three links. He told me that he didn't think I would be happy with that, and said he would remove two to begin with. I went home, and the watch was too loose. I came back today to ask him to resize it again and he refused to. All he needed to do originally was perform the task I asked him to perform, and I would have been very satisfied with the service. This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had in any genre of shopping.

August 2012, Mr. Fred Bartholomew and his company - Promenade Clocks & Gifts, receives a grade of “F” on his Report Card for their failure to provide satisfactory services on my gold dress watch in the following categories: Service Work, Customer service, Professionalism, Expertise, Quality Control, and Customer Satisfaction. In addition to their disreputable service I did not receive an itemized receipt, written warranty, or formal appraisal as promised. My request for a refund for services not performed was denied. A total breach of promise and trustworthiness is what you can expect from Mr. Bartholomew and his company - save yourself time and money, give your business to a respectable, honest business owner - NOT Promenade Clocks & Gifts and Fred Bartholomew!

Promenade Clocks has always been professional and helped with all my clock repair needs. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have bought many clocks from them and the service has always been exemplary. The staff has always been professional and has always delivered what was promised. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone for their clock repair needs. The pricing has always been explained to me so I could understand it as well.
