Todd's Automotive Service

Being new to Rhinelander, I didn't know of any honest and reasonable shops in the area, and I fortunately happened to run across them while searching for a different shop. But, I'm certainly glad I found Todd's Automotive instead, they have great customer service (which is the MOST important thing to me) always helpful and honest with their answers and solutions for my problems with my vehicle. I really appreciate that as I don't know a lot about vehicles and being a woman, a lot of shops have and will take advantage of that. But not this shop, and they are also very reasonable for the repairs I've had to have done so far. All in all, I'm very happy and impressed with this shop :) thank you!

I am 49 and have always done ALL repairs on our vehicles up to and including engine changes/repairs. Well due to something that happened to me a few years ago I can barely kneel down now. Because of that, unfortunately, I can't even do my own oil changes anymore. So I really didn't know any mechanics I could trust so I searched online for reviews in the Rhinelander area and saw a great review for Todd's. Being that my brakes were completely out, I rolled the dice and took a chance. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Todd's!!! He and his secretary were very courteous every time I dealt with them either on the phone or in person, his service was very quick and VERY well-priced (I am a good authority on this due to my experience) and I also thought they got me in very quick!! I will definitely be back again and tell everyone who will listen about them. THANK YOU!!!

He has the best customer service around and he is very reasonable in price! You do not feel like you just got ripped off when you leave! Todd can do it all from a modern day car to the classics!
