The staff is profesional, the maintenance is outstanding, and it is a quiet neighborhood, however, make sure you live on the top floor, the units are poorly insulated so you hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. My neighbors upstairs have two dogs, one of which has a dry skin condition, and I can hear it in my apartment...it sounds like someone is driving nails into the walls! God forbid someone get out a meat mallet and try to pound out some meat, it sounds like someone has a sledge hammer pounding on the floor,. my dishes actually rattle in the cupboards! If you can take hiking up the stairs i would suggest it. Other than that, it is a great place to live.
