Really enjoy living here with my family. The townhomes are spacious and very comfortable. Quiet neighboorhood with friendly neighbors. Matience is very helpful and quick to respond. Defiantly recommend living here

I've been living here for a little over a year & I love it! Very peaceful.. & the staff are very nice & great workers!

We lived there for almost 2 years and finally got fed up with all of the crap that goes on there.The office staff doesn't know what the heel they are doing. I had to actually fix the stuff because if you asked the maintenance men to do it it was always half done.we had mold in the basement and all they did was spray kilz primer over it, so of choose it came back. When we finally did move out we had the walk through and was supposed to get something back from or deposit and its been almost a month since we move and they just called to let us know that they never did none of the paper work or anything and it would be another month before we got anything. We also have the pictures of the mold that was still there when we moved out!!!!

I have lived here for 2 years and it was great at first. Well the second year was aweful. The office staff the was here left and the new office staff is lazy and cocky. Lets start with the grounds, people leave their trash everywhere and dont bother cleaning up after their pets. Office staff never answers the phone and you literally have to go down to the rental office to talk to anyone. After going down there its easy to see they were just being lazy and not answering because they're sitting at their desk doing absolutley nothing. The maintenence staff is a joke. They dont fix anything the correct way so it just keeps breaking or falling apart. When complaining about safety or any other concerns the office staff brushes it off as if it isnt their problem. They tell you to call the police but the police tell you to notify the office staff, so nothing gets taken care of. During the winter they dont bother plowing, shoveling, or salting the parking lot or breeseways, so its icy and very dangerous, when asked about this the office tells you its not their responsibility and refuses to do anything. There is also Several Units that had BED BUGS and they hire a low end company that doesnt get rid of the problem. several residents have had to throw away everything due to the issue..Kids are always running around with no supervision and are always out late at night past curfew. Not to mention the fact that they destroy things and are rude to neighbors. Needless to say I am Very EXCITED to be moving out next week...Cant wait to get out of this hell hole that should be called the ghettos of reynoldsburg because honestly thats all it really is now.
