Don't live here. The office staff is a nightmare. 9 desks and nobody answers their phone. I once had left 7 voicemails and over 37 phone calls in ONE DAY to get into contact with them NONE of which wede returned. & I haven't even moved in yet. I'm forced to drive over 35 minutes to go into the office itself to get anything done.

There were times when it wasn't made clear when I COULD get a call into someone what paperwork I had to bring to get leased so I'd shown up and only THEN been told I needed X thing. Why this was never clarified over the phone is beyond me.

The staff here is absolutely incompetent. For the last month or two I've been told by the woman Andrea I'm dealing with I could move in Sept 1st, but my units an eviction so that could be changed as the eviction itself is on Aug 26th well guess what? She meant SEPT 26th and now I'm out of living space cause I banked on the Aug date and my current lease is up Sept 26th.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I moved in mid July of 2014 and from the start had nothing but issues. The biggest was no air conditioning. When the guy finally came to fix it, he did not put the thermostat back on the wall. 3 days later when I could no longer take the heat, I called back to the office. The idiot came back with an attitude talking about he fixed the air. Well, you did not complete the job because I had no way to regulate it fool! Same dude came to fix the dishwasher a couple weeks later. He left without telling me. When I woke up from a nap about 3 hours later, there was water under the floor boards that ran all the way to the living room soaking the carpet! Could not do laundry because the valves to hook up washer were missing. Toilet needed replaced. No screens on windows or patio door. And that was all within 2 - 3 weeks of moving in. A year later there are still issues with the dishwasher, air and plumbing. They worry about too much nonsense. Oh, my steps inside of my 3 bedroom townhouse caved in and I almost fell through them. Took over 1 week to repair them. Glad I live close to the main road and not deep in the complex which makes me feel safer!

I live in these apartments currently. in a two bedroom townhouse. Last week there was a flood in the apartment due to a pipe bursting outside. The water removers took over 3,000 gallons of water out of my apartment. They left dryers and humidifiers in the apartment for six days. While these devices were in my apartment all of my downstairs furniture was in my dining room and my kitchen.

When I went to the management to seek some relief from rent due to the fact that I was confined to my upstairs bedroom for the whole time they said I had full access and use of my entire apartment during that week. Therefore there would be no compensation.

How do you equate ALL of my living room and dining room furniture being shoved into my dining room and kitchen as full access and use of my apartment?

I expressed that if my rent was a late as the days I was not able to use my apartment I would have had a $75 charge and the eviction process would have already begun.

What's fair is fair!!! I pay for a clean, safe and comfortable place to live. When I don't have that I should not have to pay for that. The complex owes me for six day of not being able to use my full apartment.

Worst mistake!

From the beginning of moving in I had problems with bugs which was taken care of quickly only because a third party company actually took care of it. Had tons of maintenance requests that forever to get completed and had to continue to follow up to make sure it got done. Had wires hanging out of my walls and ceiling from where they tried to fix my electricity because it randomly stopped working, took their maintenance people several weeks to realize they had no idea how to fix it. So again a third party company (electrician) fixed the problem within a couple hours. Horrible lighting on the bacj of the buildings (check at night sometime, you'll see) hence why my apartment was easily broken into and a bunch of stuff stolen but no one saw or heard anything. The leasing office didn't even show any empathy for what happened and just said they're not responsible for that and not legally obligated to light up the back of the buildings, only the common areas. I asked about moving to a different unit and the response I got was it would be cheaper for you to just break your lease. This is all in just 3 months. Go to the Reynoldsburg police station and ask, they'll tell you that they get a lot of calls to this place for break ins and drug activity
