Obviously, Mark is a creature of habit but now he's up to 3 weeks behind! His prices are outrageous and the quality of his work is the worst I've seen in 40 years of having shoes repaired. It's really a mystery to me how this shop can keep enough business to even be one week behind much less 3 weeks behind! I will definetely be taking my future shoe repair needs elsewhere.

Absolutely top-notch work, always done when promised, and feel almost guilty that his prices are so low! He repaired a ripped duffle bag that I was sure was a goner ... can't even tell it was ever ripped, has held up beautifully, and cost a grand total of $5. I just hope he stays in business here for many years to come!

I was at work today and my sandal broke. A very dear co-worker of mind took my sandal to this business and told him what happened. The man just said sorry I am two weeks behind. Well being two weeks behind fixing my sandal which would have taken all of 20 or 30 minutes would not have put him more behind than he already was. I will never take my business there again. I also have a co-worker who told me that she went last year and he told her the same thing. She only needed a cap put on the heel of her shoe which would have been no more than 5 minutes. That is no way to run a business. The way that I look at it is the work he is two weeks behind on none of them were in his place of business waiting on their work to be done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This business deserves no stars!!!!! I was forced to give this business a star or it would not let me post this comment.

I always take my repairs to Mark. He does the best work with the best price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
