I stopped by here thinking I'd just have a simple burger to satisfy my hunger. I was wrong. The first thing you notice is the level of customization available. You can choose your meat, size, toppings, bun, etc., and they have plenty of options in each category. They also have recommendations and specials in case you find it all a bit overwhelming.

Service was also great. I was immediately seated and helped with my order, which was delivered much quicker than expected.

As for food, I had a crabcake burger (crab with bread as opposed to bread with crab) with some refreshing lemon tartar sauce and bacon coleslaw, which managed to keep the bacon flavor subtle and supporting instead of overpowering. On the side, I had the parmesan frites, which struck a perfect balance between the taste of fries, garlic, and parmesan.

I'll be coming up with an excuse to visit Reston, just so I can eat here again.

My husband and I were hungry for burgers and decided to try this place because it is convenient. Burgers were dry, practically tasteless, and we ordered them medium. Have had better at fast food places. Mine was $11, definitely not worth it.
