POOR..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

last year my daughter gifted me the cost of new glasses, she had a coupon form EyeCon Optometry. Well even with the saving of the coupon. I found the frame selection limited and locked behind glass cabinet. I am used to LensCrafters, where you can try as many frames as i wanted. and the total cost from EyeCon was much higher then LansCrafters, even after using the coupon.



EyeCon has been sending my e-mail to visit them and to get new glasses. But I was busy to go. Two nights ago, the left lense came of the frame.



This morning I went to EyeCon to have the reinstall the lense and check on the price of new lens to goon the same frame and the price for preconception sun glasses. When i got to the store, I told the man behind the counter that i need them to reinstall the lens, he talekd to one of the people behind the counter then he told me that it well cost me TEN DOLLARS. I asked why, he said "It will take long time to install it". I told hm it will take less than a minute to put it back in place, and they should do it for free like LenseCrafters. He said it will cost ten dollars, of course I did not ask about the new glasses. I told him he lost a customer, he did not care. While in the store, I pooped the lins back in place in less than 5 seconds! no tools required.



EyeCon is a small pup and Mom store, that they dont value costumer service and repeat business. I learned my lesson, I am back to the great LensCrafters, Topanga Plaza

Im a mother of three busy running around and when my 8 years old got a letter from the school saying she needed and eye exam, i luckily found Dr. Ha. Came to Eyecon , and this place is like a like a spa retreat, relaxing music, candy for the kids, and even a play room to keep my other children quiet while my daughter was getting her eye exam. From the front desk to dr. ha, everyone had a smile on and just so pleasant to talk to . Dr. Ha thoroughly explained that my daughter developed nearsightedness and needed glasses to help her improve vision and performance in classroom. She even put drops in her eyes to check her retina. Of all the years i've taken her to the pediatriactian her eyes have never received this much care. For all the parents out there, the E chart at your local doctor is not the same eye exam with your optometrist. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to any parents concern about their child's eyes. I will return with my two other children for their eye exam as well.

EyeCon is truly a gem in the rough. Its sophisticated boutique is unmatched by any other around the area. As i walked in i was greeted by a smile by doc Ha and her office manager. I just wanted to look at their frame selections and they were so accommodating. Uyen evaluated my face shape and skin color and paired me with the best frame, LaFont a handmade frame from Paris. Who knew that even existed. Then I was able to see Dr. Ha right away to get my updated prescription so i can see clearly in my new glasses. EyeCon is first class all the way. You wont be dissappointed, and they have fresh cupcakes and cookies !! Come to eyecon for your next eye exam!!
