BB's Smoke Shop

My girlfriend came here and got me a vape pen for Christmas. After about thirty minutes of use it died and so we charged it with the charger it came with, only it never charged. We thought the pen was broken but when we brought it in they said it was just our charger that wasn't working. However, even with a receipt they wouldn't exchange it for me. I understand having a no exchange policy if you changed your mind about something, or wanted to try something different, but when you sell a product that's defective right out of the packaging, it's common courtesy to take care of it. The guy tried to sell me one for six dollars, and when I said I'd look online instead he pulled out his phone to prove to me it wouldn't be cheaper. He didn't seem to understand that I didn't care about the price as much as I cared about buying it somewhere else. Why in the world would I buy another charger from the place that sold me a broken one when I know FOR A FACT that they won't take it back in the event it breaks too.



Save your money, go somewhere where they'll take care of you and sell you things that work.

I was surprised when I found Bb's Smoke Shop, there is nothing like this in this area. This store got everything for your smoking sensation. Because I'm not tobacco smoker anymore I find for myself HUGE variety of electronic cigarette, e-juices, hookahs and much more. Glad to have like this store in the area where I live.
