Fairwood Cleaners

AWFUL, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The first and last time I went to this dry cleaners, I took one of my favorite tops there. I went back to pick it up and noticed when I got home, that one of the straps were missing an adjuster and it was just sewn back together! I went back to tell them what happened, they took it back and said they would tell the manager or someone, so I had to leave it there again. I went back again to pick it up and all they did was put a note on it and said that it was broken when I dropped it off. WHY WOULD I WASTE ANY MONEY TO DRY CLEAN A BROKEN TOP!!!! That's just ridiculous! I really hope they close down soon!!! I'm so angry and don't have any energy to argue with irresponsible people with no common sense!
