        Overall

        I have been trying to set up an appointment with the postmaster general (at this location) since February 12th, 2016. Today is February 27, 2016! I have left daily messages (some days more than one) with his secretary....not with her directly, but with her voice mail. I have almost begged her to call me back. I was given the phone number when I called the Vassar Post Office. I explained the appointment was necessary because of fraud. I am at my wit's end!! I'm only trying to follow through with what the Reno and Sparks police department advised me to do!
