        Overall

        Rude, condescending staff who does not understand mailing processes. Also overcharges for postage by classifying mail incorrectly. Used to be great, but seems they recently hired someone new to work the front desk and she is awful - thinks she knows it all, but is very mistaken.

        AMAZING!

        So friendly people in there, and will send whatever you need that same day! They have more things than just mailing your things, they also sell stuffed animals, jewlery, and more. The best little postal shop around. Luv you guys your the best!
