I have been getting manicures and pedicures from this company for several years. I am never disappointed!

The owner named Kim yelled at me in front of her customers because I was a disatisfied with one of the techs service as I had a fill. My nail underneath was just as long as the acrylic nails I had asked her if she could file down my nail underneath just a little bit and she yelled at me and said no they don't do that and if I want to go back where I get my nails done. I really disgusted and embarrassed with her unprofessionalism as an owner.

Worst experience that I have ever had in a nail salon!The owner did my full set and refused to clip my nails short and then fingers hurt all night,not to mention she was extremely rude. The pedicures we got were okay, but given the fact the the owner is a horrible person I will never go back. How can you expect to keep a business in the Northwest and charge high prices with horrible customer service? I only wish I read the reviews before I spent $125 there.

I went here for the first time. I felt the manicurists were rude by not interacting with the clients and talking amongst each other in another language. My pedicure was ok, but my manicure was terrible. After she filed my nails, I asked if they can be made straighter. She was annoyed and filed them all down to nothing! I was so upset. It takes along time to grow nails out so they are all long. She was so annoyed and vengeful that she shaved them down to the skin. I was so upset that I said I didn't want her to do anymore and just wanted to pay. I left very upset and didn't even finish my manicure. Please do no support this type of customer service. Do not go here.
