My first time visiting this neighborhood store was to support local businesses. Unfortunately my first impression was not as pleasant as I hoped it to be. I found the specific product I was looking for with a price tag of $5.99 on it but when I took it to the register it rang at $9.99. When I insisted that it wasn't the correct price on the package the nice clerk called a manager (owner?) who at the time was on the phone and seemed more annoyed at my questioning than anything. The manager finally gets off the phone by sighing to the person on the other end of the phone just to come tell me 'I can't do that because I will be taking a loss, it was totally our bad but there is nothing I can do" with a smirk/ smile on her face. I proceeded to inform her that other stores usually honor the price if it's "their bad", but she stood firm on her decision and I ended up paying the higher price. The young lady at the register was nice and I could tell was embarrassed by the whole ordeal. I will never go back to this store and I will tell all of my family and friends about what happened to me. All of this for $4 bucks. I hope next time you are more friendly and take better measures to resolve a simple situation.

Take care,

J

The Staff is knowledgable and friendly. They have high end products for your pet that you won't find in a superchain. The products are healthy and natural so your paying for product, not filler.

My dog has gone backwards in years since changing to a Pawsitively Pets food (Taste of the WIld) from the superchain pet food. If you aren't sure about what to change to if you are looking, they have samples for your pet to try.

I wouldn't bring my dog inside as he is 40# and it is a small store. I do not think the Staff would mind a small pet (think hold in your arms small) in their store.

Pawsitively Pets is worth a look inside if you are down south near the WalMart Shopping Center (it's across from Jack in the Box and Round Table.)

Got Chow?

Pawsitively Pets is a smaller pet supply store that carries natural heathly food for your dog or cat. This store is Pawsitively the best place to purchase all your pets needs. They sell food that is better and healthier for your pet. This isn't a big commercial store that sells garbage food with fillers. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I found Pawsitively Pets because I had a sick cat and need vitamins for his immune system. I found excellent quality dry and wet food. The vitamins and food helped my cat to the point where he kicked this virus and loves his food. This is the only place I will by my pet food. The store also carries cool water and food dishes you won't find at other stores. They also carry an array of clothes for your pet and holiday treats.

It would be throughly worth the stop and check out the store. Its conveniently located on the south end of town for those who don't want to venture into downtown.
