Budget Motors

I bought a daneli beautiful truck. I had a few concerns with an issue the truck was having with the team at budget motors definitely took care of me and fix the truck I would recommend anybody to go see them if your looking for a car or truck great customer service friendly and polite and a great sense of humor

Got a 2011 F150 from them the trucks they have are awesome for the price, love the truck and felt right at home when we went there. Sandy and Michael were great to work with super helpful and got me a better rate then they thought. Owner is super friendly. I would send family here to buy a car. Best used car lot in Reno. Thanks again.

Fred, at Budget Motors on Kietzke lane, Reno. Told me: "I'm sorry but I don't sell cars to people who don't shake hands", and refused to sell me a car. When he came to shake hands with a Muslim woman who was accompanying me, wearing a scarf and she couldn't shake hands because of her religious belief. Altho she greeted him and smiled. He left us outside and went inside, and didn't let any other salesmen assist us so we left.



I felt extra sad because Fred himself comes from a minority in Iraq that me and my family support and post about their struggle every day in social media, and because he knows better being from such a multicultural area, and because I met him recently and really liked him and thought he was cool. I personally may not agree about how the lady reacted, but in USA I learnt to respect people's personal beliefs even if I didn't find them reasonable. Also, I was the one buying the car not she. I also gave him benefit of the doubt and called later hoping it wouldn't be an issue and maybe he'd realize it wasn't the best reaction from his side, but he never called me back.

I recently was in the market for a used car, and I had visited all of the dealerships on Kietzke lane. By far and away Budget Motors was the best dealership. They had a large inventory of very clean used cars, and they treated me with respect.



The used car I purchased from them was reasonably priced and the financing rate they got for me is excellent. I will not shop at any other car dealership but Budget Motors. I have recommended them to all my friends and relatives, and two of my relatives have already bought cars and are just as happy with their purchases as I am.
