It is better you don’t do nails than to step your foot inside this place.The owner came on Groupon. I made an appointment with her @9 am Saturday. When I reached, she started to fill the tub and asked me to pick color. I opened the polish bottle and it was dry. I told her the polish seems dry.She said with an attitude “what do you mean”? I told her polish tends to dry out over a period of time. She then immediately close the water and told me she wasn’t going to do my nails. She was rude and yelling. I asked her if she doesn’t want to do it, how about she ask someone else to do it. Then she told me she is the owner. I told her my Groupon coupon will now be a waste. She did not care. I wished her all the luck and left.

I did read some review but wanted to give a benefit of doubt but I guess some people really don’t deserve it.

No bueno. I've never been, but I've seen all the reviews and the only "good" reviews are from people who OBVIOUSLY work there to keep the business sounding "great". If more people are complaining about a salon, it needs to be shut down. If you're a "business woman", freaking act like one. Not like someone peed in your Cheerios. Jeez.

This place is awful!!!! OMG! Don't waste your time or money:( I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life at a business. They treat you like you're interrupting their social hour. I felt uncomfortable and my hair looks like choppy and the color is not what I wanted. Beware!!

Loved this place! I went in for a haircut and color, which I was in dire need of, and left loving it!!!!! My new style and color are very flattering and am waaaaayyy pleased! I think I found my new stylist!

Owner is extremely rude

I am a former employee of this "shop" I call it a shop because it definitely is not a salon. the owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, does not know anything about running a salon, does not know nevada law, has no managment skills and absolutely no customer service skills. She wants all this work done and does not want to pay her employees for it. She has threatend her employees that we are all replac She runs away good clients and does not honor packages clients have perchased in advance if they are late.... Let me clarify.... The package says if you are more than 15 minutes late you may forfite your service THAT DAY..... Not the ENTIRE PACKAGE..... Then she calls you to tell you because you missed your appt she will not honor your package... No exceptions (very rudely).......Its no wonder there are never any clients in your salon. This salon is a joke, I would not recommend this salon even to my enemies.

The salon owner is greedy and EXTREMELY RUDE... I bought a "promotion" for this salon, I showed up for my appointment the hawiian lady did not give me a consultation and just started doing my hair. She didn't even know what I wanted... She charged me 15 dollars to style my hair even though it was suppose to be part of the promotion I purchased from UNR. Then charged me another 13 dollars for a "graduity" she did not deserve. My hair was no different from when I walked in..... Since I already purchased this card i guess i have to come back...

My next appointment was for my nails... this was my best but quickest visit there (blonde lady, you are too good for this salon!!). When i was done I made facial appointment for about a week later... I get a phone call from the owner saying that I had missed my appointment and that my package would no longer be honored. I tried to explain to her that my appointment was not for another two days, and she would not listen, she kept talking over me almost yelling at me, that she is a business woman and these are her rules this is her salon and there are no exceptions... Well thank you Terry becuase you just SAVED ME TIME, MONEY AND ANXIETY.... I will never return to this salon or refere anyone to this salon..... The worst salon experience I have ever had.

Be very careful with this company they are scam artists. They sold my wife two salon packages so her and a girlfriend could have a spa day.



Without notice, and in violation of the terms and conditions on the back of the spa package the owner refuses to honor the package as it's presented. She has both changed the terms and the expiry. Suggesting they now expire before the expiry date provided on the package itself.



When spoken to directly, the owner becomes unreasonable, raises her voice and speaks over you in a condescending tone. She is nearly 'hysterical' in her dealings.



At this point, we just want our money back. I cannot stand scam artists. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

If I could give a ZERO star ra...

If I could give a ZERO star rating I would! This was by far the worst experience in a salon that I have ever had!!! I was approached on the UNR campus by someone who was helping with their advertisement. I purchased a promotional package for $48 which was meant to include various nail, hair and facial services. My friend and I booked an appointment. When we arrived at the salon, I felt like I had been tricked. The salon was certainly not a spa in any sense of the imagination, and there were only two styling chairs for all of the customers. My friend and I told the ladies that we were there for the first round of services that we had previously purchased. They knew exactly what we were talking about and started with a hair consultation, which was a complete joke. My friend was the first one to get started, and since there were no chairs available for me, even though I had an appointment, I sat in a chair for about 20 min. with wet hair! They told us that our package included a trim, which my friend received. While my friend was having her hair cut, I told the lady that I was very attached to my length of my hair since I had suffered from an illness the previous year and lost a lot of it. When she got me in the chair she ended up cutting about 4 inches off of my hair, and gave me layers that were not even and thinned my hair. She kept my head down the entire time, almost as if she didn’t want me to see what she had done. My friend asked how one of the curlers worked while my hair was being butchered off, and the lady said she would show her once she dried my hair. After my hair was slain, the lady then told me I owed her $25 for a haircut because she took more than an inch off, even though we had previously discussed only losing a quarter inch to insure a healthy look, and $5 because she curled it. What the heck? My friend had to pay for it since I didn’t have money since the service was already paid for and I shouldn’t have had to pay again. After crying at home for a day or two, I decided that a phone call was much needed and I deserved my money back. My phone call to the owner was the most unprofessional and offensive conversation I have ever had, and was told I would not get my money back for the promotional package, (even though I hadn’t received all the services) or the money that I was charged for the unwanted and unknown haircut. Feeling like I should at least try to book an appointment for the already paid for services I called back, and was then told I would not be allowed back in the salon. I never once raised my voice or insulted the manager when we talked, to be banned because I was unsatisfied is ridiculous. For your hair’s safety and your pockets, DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE SALON!!!!!!
