Scotland Oil Company

We've called three times this week and have heard nothing but empty promises about them being able to deliver propane to our home. A week and a half later, my tank is empty and I'm just praying my pipes don't freeze. This is a new home to us and I'm wondering if Scotland just has a monopoly in this area... I don't know how they'd continue to exist otherwise.
