GREEN POINT TAXI

Well they were great in the daytime when I needed them until my family got stranded out in the outskirts of reedley tonight. Needed a taxi that was open 24 hours. Called them about 12 times(emergency) and they kept forwarding my number . If you aren't going to answer the phone any hour of the day 24/7 then why advertise it.. I don't understand we were stranded and the 24 hour taxi in Reedley didn't want to be bothered with my calls for help. Dont advertise something untruthful

Absolutely the worst taxi experience ever ! Consistently rude on the phone, every time. I called one day in advance to schedule being picked up in the evenining and in the morning at 7:30 one day in advanced. I called back soon after and clearly stated that I will not be needing the evening ride but I will need to be picked up in the morning. At 7:35 am the scheduled pick up time there was no one to be found. When I called he expressed HIS annoyance with me, kept interrupting and said he'll be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he finally showed up. When I got in he immediately barked "don't slam my door," I just looked at him without saying anything and he said "if you do like my service, get out. " Green Point Taxi is the only transportation service available in Dianuba unfortunately so in my understanding that allowes them to act inhumane towards their [paying] passengers without losing business. Save yourself the negativity and, if possible, avoid using this company's services

Worst service ever. The man was barely understandable over the phone, he asked for the address and then proceeded to hang up on me in the the middle of me giving him the address. I tried to call back four times and they never answered. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. This is definitely not a taxi company you can depend on, which is very unfortunate considering it's the only taxi company in town.

Terrible service. Does not assist, refuses to pick you up at given time. Does not answer phone. Does not follow through with what has been said. 0/10.
