For more than 35 years, Spectrex Corporation has developed and marketed a variety of environmental analytical instruments. For environmental monitoring, Spectrex manufactures pumps for OEM applications, such as the CEA high-sensitivity, formaldehyde analyzer, as well as Personal Air Samplers for low flow, VOC monitoring and high flow asbestos, lead and gravimetric monitoring. The Spectrex Corporation operates a laboratory at the facility located in Redwood City, Calif., and provides particle size and counting for all types of liquids. Spectrex is privately owned and employs nearly 10 people.
