I had a great experience here got a new bed liner installed in under 15mins! Very professional and I'll be recommending these guys for sure.

I purchased a Leer shell for my F150 Lariat in 2015, and it looks fantastic. This year my girlfriend surprised me with the keyless lock and BedRug. Both are awesome additions. The service has been exquisite, dealing with the owner Pat, was a great experience.

Fast, efficient, professional. Those are the words that come to mind. Went in to ask about availability of bed covering and tonneau cover for a new Sierra Denali pick-up. I had done my research on the Internet before going in for pricing and availability. Not only were the products available, but the price was good and the manager said they could install it within 1:15 minutes while I waited.

I needed a bed liner for my Ford Ranger. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. Chad helped me out and charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone... $199 -- best price than any other place I checked online or in the area. 20 minutes and I was in-and-out. No super-annoying high-pressure sales talk either. Great customer service and work. Will definitely go back if I need anything in the future.

Called for a bedliner for my new F150, they had it in stock and said same day installation can be done. I drove in, got it installed and 25min later was on my way. Yup, I'll be back for other items for this one and other vehicles.

The previous owner installed a 1 1/4in hitch on my Jeep in a very fabricated and improvised way (poor welding etc.) due to the clearance issue with the aftermarket bumper. I needed to tow some motorcycles so I wanted to replaced it with a 2" hitch mount and have it done properly. Custom Truck did an amazing job of replacing the old hitch receiver, removing the lower part of the bumper to create clearance, and replacing the 4-way wire that did work anymore. Kenny was extremely helpful and friendly. He made sure the work was done fast and called me to keep me posted on the progress. Excellent service and fair price!

Bought the hubby a gift cert for a spray in bedliner for Christmas - super easy, super nice guy in the office. My husband just got the work done, easy to schedule, clean job, on time and the truck bed looks GREAT - happy hubby!

I needed to get a tail light bar installed so I brought it in and they were all very helpful and polite. While Ken was installing the light I spoke with Chad about future mods I wanted to do on my truck and he have me honest feedback and quotes for everything. The light bar was installs quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this place for your aftermarket truck needs! I will be back!

I made contact with Custom Truck on some work for my vehicle and they were straight up on their response, polite, and told me what level of work they could do for me per my specs. Great positive attitude!

I came in and ordered my tool box for the back of my Tundra. Chad took my order, wrote it up, ordered it and called me 2 days later when it was delivered. He said the installation was free because I am a veteran. I came in on Saturday for my free installation. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes.

With that kind of service I don't care about the price. They did what they could to make it a good experience.

I needed to install a hitch on my 2011 MBZ E350. Called many places and either the quotes were steep or they needed my car for the entire day. Some places wouldn't even call back or return my email. Not saying names but will rob you blind. Anyhow I called this place and spoke with Chad, told me to come down and he'll give me a estimate to be more accurate. So I get there and I'm quoted for ONE hours work $100 roughly. I was a happy camper knowing what the other hitch dealers was charging. So a hour later I come back, I was told my car will not be ready til the next day but "Kenny" went out of his way and got things worked out and a couple hours later my car was ready and promised their price quote. I mean they could've just left it as is but this place knows how to treat their customers. With this kind of courtesy and treatment I can see why they have the stars and got my service in the beginning. I will def be back for more

I called regarding parts i needed for my Ford F-150 and they were polite and so helpful over the phone. That alone made me feel welcomed as a customer. When I made the visit to their location they didn't have the exact lighting i needed for my truck but instead of just turning me away they referred me to other business in the area that would assist me.



Taking the time to do that really shows a lot about the company's character. Even though i did not end up purchasing anything I was still given the best customer service.



I will keep recommending this place to friends and go back for any other needs i may have.

I sent an email inquiry about the price of a trailer hitch. Within a few hours I received a quote and was told to either call or just come in when or if I was ready.



I called the next day to schedule the work, and he even REDUCED the price from the quote(!) and told me to come in whenever was convenient. A few hours later I drove over, the service person was outside, and I told him what I needed. He already knew (because of my email) and took my keys and went to work!



Once the work was done, I paid, and the service person went over the trailer hitch with me to make sure I approved of his work, which I did.



The whole experience was so quick, inexpensive, and painless I would definately recommend this company.

This shop absolutely made my day. I had an urgent need to get a wire run from the front bumper to the inside of the cabin. I tried going to hitch shops and mechanics and nobody wanted to do this sort of modification. Got referred to Custom Trucks and couldn't be happier. Ken and his team made it seem like it wasn't a big deal and got this wire lead exactly where it needed to be. While it seemed to me to take a lot longer than they expected Ken was exceptionally reasonable in his pricing when he kind of knew that I was pretty desperate and he could have charged me almost anything. Not only that but while I waited the team was as pleasant as could be and everything they did was so totally professional. I'm not a guy who will have much need for customizing trucks and camper shells but they're certainly the first place I'm going to recommend to anyone that does. Give Ken a shot if you're in the market. You won't be disappointed.

I went in to get a hitch for my 2005 Toyota Corolla. My dad, a mechanic in the surrounding area, told me these are the guys I wanted. I went in, and was helped literally the second I stepped out of my car. The guys were very knowledgable. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for, but they were able to order my piece. I scheduled an appointment for the install, then unfortunately had to reschedule. I gave them a quick call, easy fix! No problems whatsoever.



When I went to my appointment, my car was taken care of and literally done in about 10-15 minutes. These guys are awesome.

I've been here twice so far, once to get my gas shocks on my camper shell replaced and most recently to get the brake light replaced and resealled. Super positive experience both times, they are quick and efficient. I felt like the price was just right also. I will not hesitate to come here again if I ever need a service they provide.

I love these guys! Sold me a great camper shell 10 years ago, and installed custom metal screens so my dogs couldn't escape out the windows. In 2009, they replaced the whole back window/frame when someone broke mine. When the pistons that hold up the back window quit working 5 years later, the guys at Custom Truck replaced them. 2 months later, one of the new ones stopped working, and they replaced it for free. They're always super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I've never had to wait more than about 10 seconds for someone to ask me what I need help with. Really good, honest local business. I'm happy they're here!
